What are the responsibilities and job description for the REHIRES - Temporary Call Center Representative (Work at Home) position at OMAHA STEAKS?

Job Summary: Provide exceptional experiences by interacting with the customers via phone. Assist customers by entering orders into system, offering upgrades and addons, and responding to order inquiries.
Pay/Bonus Structure:
- $15/hour
- Project Completion Bonus - You will be eligible for a project completion based on peak season hours worked (peak season is from December 3rd through December 31st.)
Scheduling Requirements:
Your scheduled hours and training will be within the designated shift time you select based on being an AM, Mid, PM, or Overnight agent.
- AM:
- Hours between 7am – 2pm CST
- Mid:
- Hours between 11am – 7pm CST
- PM:
- Hours between 4pm – 11pm CST
- Overnight:
- Hours between 11pm – 7am CST
Miscellaneous Information:
- A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.
- Initially, you will work just 4-8 hours/week until late Nov/early Dec
- If extra hours are offered, you’re welcome to pick up extra hours at any time, this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of AM, Mid, PM, or Overnight.
- Schedules run Sunday – Saturday.
- Part Time schedules are 20 or more hours a week.
- Full Time schedules are 40 hours a week.
- Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.
- All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.
- Your chosen schedule will be a block schedule.
- You will work the same shift time on all days selected to work.
- You will select your schedule during day one of training.
Computer Requirements:
- Must have your own PC
- Must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
- Must have high-speed internet service (10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload)
- An approved headset will be required
- Must have computer and virus protection
- Must have anti-virus installed and up-to-date (Windows 10 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
