Job Summary:
Supports CEC and Retail to develop and execute efficient, effective training plans. Understanding needs and skills, developing a plan and content for achieving these objectives within budget constraints. Supervises, coaches and motivates training facilitators and coordinators. Supports temporary and ongoing training sessions, meetings, and discussions.

Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Assesses, develops and implements various learning and performance solutions. Common activities include designing curriculum and materials, managing internal customer relationships with managers/peers, and coordinating multiple projects.
- Supports internal supervisors in CEC and Retail, anticipates development and upskill needs by identifying individual and team skills gaps. Develops and coordinates training and development activities, working with staff, QA, and tech teams. Tracks and reports training statistics, including assessment of the impact of each training session on performance, agent experience, and business needs.
- Creates resources for agents, including agendas, modules, asynchronous training materials, and partners with the CEC Content & Communications Specialist to develop and deliver relevant job aids.
- Develops, coaches and motivates training facilitators by identifying internal and external training and technological tool opportunities, workshops, and webinars.
- Performs other duties and special projects as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2- year college degree or equivalent.
- Bus Administration; Sales or marketing.
- 2 yrs experience in sales or marketing with prior supervisor experience in telesales, preferably
- Adequate experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Adequate experience with Virtual training and design tools (Articulate, Adobe Connect).
- Proficient PC: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, E-mail & data entry.
- Knowledge of sales training techniques and applications.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess time management skills and organizational skills.
- Must have sales and marketing skills and the ability to monitor staff of 20-36.
