Job Description

Omaha Drain is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is ready to contribute to a team specializing in drain, sewer, and excavation services.

This is a hands-on position assisting our field crews with residential and commercial drain, sewer, and excavation projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.

Construction or labor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with drain, sewer, and excavation projects.
• Perform general construction labor, including digging, lifting, hauling, and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with job site preparation and restoration.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow instructions from crew leads and field supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Represent Omaha Drain professionally while working at customer properties.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Previous construction, plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass any applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
