Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Brooklyn, NY location. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized therapy plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation programs. Other responsibilities include administering treatments, providing education on injury prevention, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Medicine and Patient Care
- Experience with Home Care services and their integration into treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
