📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN
🕓 Schedule: Variable hours, Monday–Saturday

We’re looking for a Property Caretaker with prior caretaking or maintenance experience to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Maintain common areas — vacuum, mop, clean windows and doors
• Walk the property daily to pick up trash and report repairs
• Care for outdoor areas — remove weeds, maintain rocks, and clear snow/ice
• Prepare and clean vacant units for new residents
• Empty indoor and outdoor trash bins
• Replace light bulbs and organize cleaning supplies
• Support seasonal and preventative maintenance tasks
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Technician
