With new partnerships underway and ongoing demand from our clients, we’re growing quickly and looking for motivated professionals to join us as Client Success Trainees. In this Client Success Trainee role, you’ll support our clients by introducing products and services to new customers, managing accounts, and helping ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
Client Success Trainee Responsibilities:
- Represent client products and services with professionalism and expertise
- Introduce applicable AT&T solutions to local consumers through simplified sales strategies and customer service
- Identify opportunities to reach new customers through direct interaction, follow-up, and referrals
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts while fostering new ones
- Work with other Client Success Trainees and client management to set and achieve weekly sales and growth goals
- Participate in daily meetings to build skills in communication, negotiation, and business development
- Monitor market activity to recommend tailored sales solutions that align with customer needs
Requirements for the Client Success Trainee:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, client relations, client management, or a related field
- Display strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple Client Success Trainee duties to meet deadlines effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, maintaining focus and delivering sales results under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to connect with clients, consumers, and team members on a personal level
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in the Client Success Trainee team, with a results-driven mindset to achieve sales goals
