What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist position at Olympus Spa?
Our spa receptionist is the face and engine of our business. The Spa Receptionist position will require you to be able to lead in a fast paced environment while also displaying exceptional customer service skills. You will be scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling money, interacting with customers and fulfilling online orders. Multitasking and time management skills are required in this role.
Our scheduling, check in system, and data entry are all done through Google Sheets, so experience with this software is strongly suggested but not necessarily required.
This position will require you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift, as well as possess moderate mobility skills.
We are looking for someone with 2 years of leadership/customer service experience who is self-motivated, a problem solver, and who is able to work within a high stress, fast paced environment.
Availability: We are looking for those that are able to work Morning and Night shifts
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $21.00 per hour starting (experience based pay)

- Mid Day shift (~11:00 am - 5:00pm)
- Night shift (~2:30pm - 9:00 pm)

- Every weekend
- Monday to Saturday
- Saturday availability required

- Lynnwood, WA 98036: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
