Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Enrollment Associate:
- Engage directly with customers to explain Wireless service options and assist with enrollment
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and active listening
- Develop and implement creative Sales strategies to meet company and personal targets
- Stay informed about the latest Wireless technology and promotions to best support each customer
- Work with the Sales management team and other Wireless Enrollment Associates to identify new opportunities and community partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of Wireless enrollments and customer interactions
- Represent Olympus Solutions Inc at events, retail locations, and outreach initiatives to increase Wireless Sales impact
Qualifications for a Wireless Enrollment Associate:
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Previous Sales or customer service experience a plus — but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Professional, adaptable, and goal-oriented attitude
