all products are produced to the highest quality standards Train and
mentor new team members on sewing techniques, pattern making, and best
practices Monitor production schedules to ensure that all orders are
completed on time Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all
products meet customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized
work environment Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing-related issues that
arise Key Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5
years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction
Bilingual Spanish- English strongly preferred to communicate with your
team! Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to
quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of
industrial sewing machines and equipment Physical Demands/Work

those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
