Key Responsibilities:

• Completion of daily schedule as planned 
• Communication of issues to off shift to facilitate of the start of the following day 
• Communication of uncompleted jobs 
• Identifying opportunities for staff development 
• Identifying improvement opportunities in process 
• Completion of sewing shift pass off board  
• Sending nightly email with progress on jobs 
• Assisting team in clocking and entering quantities on jobs 
• Check pass off racks with updates and priority levels 
• Check and maintain supply levels 
• Supervisory Responsibilities: 10 - 20 sewers 

Key Qualifications:   

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members. 
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. 
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and be a problem solver. 
• Other Qualifications: Must have good phone skills and interact well with others. Must have basic computing skills. Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.  
• Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Individuals may need to sit or stand upwards of 7 hours per shift. Will require climbing of stairs and walking on a level surface for periodically throughout the day. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
