We’re excited to welcome a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead our NEW Olympica Clinic. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with leadership, mentorship, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
As a Clinic Manager, you’ll lead both clinical care and clinic operations, including:
- Delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
- Leading and mentoring clinical and administrative staff
- Managing clinic performance, staffing, and finances
- Building strong physician and community relationships
- Driving clinical excellence and team engagement
You won’t be alone! Every Clinic Manager is paired with an experienced mentor from day one, plus a year-long structured management mentorship program designed to set you up for success.
Who We’re Looking For:
licensed Physical Therapist who wants to lead, grow, and make an impact.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
- Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s)
- Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred
- Prior clinic or team management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $101,000–$127,500 (based on experience)
- Potential Management Bonus: $7,200
- Sign-On Bonus: $8,500
- PTO: 212–252 hours annually
