Customer Service Associate

Olympic Pharmacy Healthcare Services is looking for a Customer Service Associate to add to our exceptional Sales team. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product inquiries and transactions, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position requiring a customer-focused attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide professional assistance to walk-in and phone customers, ensuring a positive experience.

· Manage high call volumes and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.

· Conduct outbound sales calls and build strong customer relationships.

· Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate DME products.

· Deliver exceptional service while prioritizing tasks in a fast-pace environment.

· Collaborate with team members, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.

· Navigate Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and third-party insurance requirements.

· Maintain current knowledge of coverage guidelines and reimbursement criteria.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year operating a Point-Of-Sale system and handling cash.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related administrative roles preferred.
• Customer-oriented attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software (e.g. Brightree, EPIC).
• Skilled in prioritizing and adapting to shifting responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
• Ability to provide professional service and maintain confidentiality.
• Must live within a reasonable commute.
