Shifts: Open and Close with shared Rotating Saturdays – Schedule based on business needs
Work Hours: 40 hours per week minimum
Salary: $17 - $21/Hour, DOE
We are seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to our exceptional Sales team. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product inquiries and transactions, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position requiring a customer-focused attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to both walk-in and phone customers.
- Manage high phone volumes, answering calls promptly and professionally.
- Make routine sales calls, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Process sales transactions at the cash register with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Engage actively with customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable DME products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless and professional experiences despite interruptions.
- Collaborate with the team, cross-functional departments, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer support.
- Navigate Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and third-party insurance processes to facilitate positive customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines and reimbursement criteria.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities and departmental needs as directed by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year operating a Point-Of-Sale system and handling cash.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related administrative roles preferred.
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software (e.g. Brightree, EPIC).
- Skilled in prioritizing and adapting to shifting responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
- Ability to provide professional service and maintain confidentiality.
- Must live within a reasonable commute.
