Olympic Housing Trust is hiring a Philanthropy & Grants Manager ($33–$37/hr benefits, full-time, hybrid) to help create permanently affordable housing for working families in Jefferson and Clallam Counties!


If you’re a skilled communicator who loves building donor relationships, writing winning grant proposals, and seeing your hard work translate directly into community impact, this role is for you.


  • Pay: $33–$37/hr $600/mo wellness stipend, PTO, and paid holidays
  • Location: Jefferson or Clallam County, WA (hybrid/WFH flexibility)
  • Culture: Small, collaborative, community-driven team
