We are looking for a Delivery Prep and Warehouse Assistant to join our team and help prepare hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and cold plunges for delivery, along with keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Prep & Warehouse Assistant is primarily responsible for preparing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and related accessories for delivery and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This work includes reading sales orders and pick lists; preparing and installing dealer-installed accessories like music systems, water sanitizing equipment, and water monitoring systems; and staging items for delivery. Additional duties include other general warehouse work like picking and packing small outbound shipments, shipping/receiving, cleaning, and organization of the warehouse.Install dealer-installed accessories like music systems, sanitizing systems, and water monitoring systems to prepare major items like hot tubs, swim spas, and cold plunges for final delivery to the customer Follow sales orders and checklists to ensure all accessories are correctly installed and included.Perform visual and basic mechanical checks to confirm units are clean, complete, and ready for delivery.Stage units for the delivery team, including organizing all associated parts and accessories.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for installation and assembly tasks.Accurately document work performed and any issues discovered on the job or in the warehouse management system.Pick and pack small outbound orders (chemicals, filters, accessories, and other parts) for shipment.Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, packing, and using carrier/shipping software as needed.Assist with receiving inbound shipments: unload trucks using pallet jacks and/or forklifts (if certified), verify shipments against packing slips or purchase orders, and report shortages, overages, or damage.Stock and replenish inventory in appropriate locations to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.Assist with regular cycle counts and periodic full physical inventory.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic cleaning.Organize pallets, racking, and work areas, and keep aisles and exits clear.Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE.Communicate effectively with warehouse, service, and delivery teams regarding any issues that affect orders or schedules.Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall operations.QualificationsMust have a high school diploma along with strong customer service skills and minimum of 1-year related work experience in warehouse, delivery, installation, assembling, maintenance of appliances, or a similar products or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Clean valid Washington State Driver’s License with no more than one minor moving infraction during the previous three years. Ability to lift 50 lbs is preferred.
