Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold restaurant standards.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required.
