We are hiring a Director for our growing and successful girls' gymnastics program, ages 6-18, located in Ellisville, Mo. This position includes teaching, administering of the program, and staff training, scheduling and supervision.
Qualifications include:
- Gymnastics knowledge (required)
- Experience with children (required)
- Experience growing a program or increasing business (required)
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (required)
- Supervision experience (required)
- High School diploma (required) College degree (preferred)
- Available weekday evenings (Mon-Fri) Saturday mornings (approximately 20 hrs/wk teaching hours) approximately 10 hrs/wk on-site administrative duties
- Full time position - 30-35 hours/week
