Location: Olympia, WA 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21 - $28.61 per hour

(Pay is determined based on a scale of 0-16 years of experience) 

Summary of benefits:

Referral Scheduler Summary:

As a Referral Scheduler for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients who are referred to our practice from local ER and Urgent Care Centers to ensure they receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for scheduling patients with complex injuries requiring urgent attention. 

This position offers great opportunity for growth and cross-training within our Registration department. 

Referral Scheduler Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.
