Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site ARNP Esthetics position located in Olympia, WA. In this role, the ARNP will provide esthetic treatments to include Thermage and microneedling as well as other procedures tailored to client needs, while ensuring a high standard of care. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and performing non-invasive and minimally invasive esthetic procedures in conjunction with Dr McCabe. The ARNP will also educate clients on aftercare, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care.
In July or August the practice location will switch to Atlas Biofitness, a new longevity and wellness center that Dr Marshall Edward McCabe III and Trista Nesbit-Evans are opening. Atlas Biofitness will offer personal training, nutrition counseling, group reformer pilates classes, Medically directed weight loss, Physiologic testing to include VO2 max, resting metabolic rate and an onsite DEXA scanner as well as recovery modalities to include red light therapy, CryoFusion, infra red sauna and hyperbaric oxygen. The esthetics services will help our clients with the skin changes and laxity that can accompany significant weight loss.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in advanced esthetic procedures, including microneedling, botox injection and skin rejuvenation treatments. We will teach you Thermage, a noninvasive skin tightening procedure.
- An interest in fitness and longevity.
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills to provide consultations and establish treatment plans
- Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to healthcare and esthetic regulatory compliance
- Ability to collaborate with a multi facted health care and fitness team.
- Active ARNP license in good standing in the state of Washington
- Comfortable utilizing and learning practice management software and electronic health record systems
- BLS certification and experience in aesthetic medicine.
