In this Commercial Installer role you will support our clients daily operations including inventory control, commercial installations, and move coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in organization, and communicates clearly with both teammates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage equipment, furniture, and materials for jobs
- Perform commercial and residential installations and relocations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with asset tracking
- Communicate job details and updates with team leads and clients
- Inspect and prep equipment and materials for daily dispatch
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Assist with documentation and reporting of completed tasks
- Represent the company professionally on-site and in client interactions
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, commercial moving, installation, or inventory management
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment (dollies, hand trucks, power tools)
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL a plus)
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive hourly wages starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour with opportunity for tips and overtime
- Potential to earn $50,000-$70,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips) with sign on bonus of up to $1800.00.
- Full time or Part time and Flexible schedule -
