Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service
- Wash and restock barware/glasses
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays
- Prepare bar for service - wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
- Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies
- Perform opening and closing work as requested
- Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals
