The Activities Attendant will assist with the successful execution of onsite guest activities and recreational programming, including but not limited to outdoor sports, mini-golf, kid’s program, and marina/lakefront rentals and activities.

As a Activities Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through recreational services. You'll maintain a clean, organized lakefront and recreation area, assist guests with watercraft rentals and retail purchases, and ensure safety protocols are followed. A friendly, proactive attitude and strong teamwork are essential in this guest-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with recreational activities and watercraft rentals
- Enforce lakefront safety rules and provide life jackets when needed
- Keep recreation areas, equipment, and retail spaces clean, stocked, and organized
- Operate the POS system for rentals and retail sales (e.g., snacks, sunscreen)
- Understand all resort activities and games to guide and engage guests
- Work collaboratively with the team, take initiative, and provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hospitality experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
