Olympia Hills Family Dental is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments following CDC, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
- Monitor and document sterilization cycles and biological testing.
- Maintain sterilization equipment and organize instrument inventory.
- Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients.
- Stock operatories and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies.
- Help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Support the dental team with additional clinical duties as needed.
Bonus Skills
If you are certified to expose dental radiographs in Texas, there may be opportunities to assist the clinical team with taking X-rays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous dental sterilization or dental office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Completion of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control training.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current immunization (shot) record or proof of immunity, including Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination in accordance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens requirements.
