SUMMARY
The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Halfway House. The server is responsible for providing a five-star member experience, ensuring fast food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean, pleasant environment.

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE
- Basic math skills.
- Prior server experience preferred.
- 18 years old.
- Fluent, written and conversational, English.
- Experienced computer user.
- Comfortable working outside in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Halfway House.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. Occasionally, 50 lbs to 200 lbs, with assistance.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- This can be a partial-year (8 months) or seasonal position (6 months) from March through October.
- Varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Daily shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs.
