SUMMARY
The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Cabana. Responsible for providing a five-star member experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders, and compliance with all local and state laws and Club policies and procedures for serving alcohol.

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- 21 years old.
- Fluent, written and conversational, English.
- Experienced computer user.
- Comfortable working outside in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Cabana and Pool area.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. Occasionally, 50 lbs to 200 lbs, with assistance.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- This is a seasonal position available from May through September. The week before Memorial Day is for setup. Cabana opens on Memorial Day and closes in September or when the temperatures drop too low for swimming.
- Daily shifts start as early as 10:00 am and end as late as 9:00 pm.
- Should be open to a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10 hours.
