Olympia Development is seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of commercial Class A office space. Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and lighting issues.
- Complete preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
- Maintain building appearance, including common areas and exterior grounds.
- Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
- Assist with after-hours emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a plus.
