Job Summary
Olympia Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, positive, and hands-on Sales Manager to join our growing team.
We are a busy, high-volume independent dealership built around competitive pricing, strong inventory, teamwork, and creating a straightforward buying experience for our customers.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the car business, works well with people, and wants to help lead a successful sales team. You don't have to know everything on day one—we are open to an experienced manager or a strong automotive salesperson who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This is a hands-on position where you'll work alongside the sales team, help put deals together, coach and motivate employees, and make sure our customers receive a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Help lead, motivate, and support the sales team
- Assist with structuring and closing deals
- Work with customers and salespeople to overcome objections
- Monitor leads, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Help train and develop salespeople
- Assist with trade appraisals and inventory
- Maintain a positive, productive sales environment
- Work with ownership to achieve dealership goals
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Management experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, coach, and lead by example
- Basic understanding of automotive sales and deal structure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
