What are the Victory Learning Center Programs?
Victory Learning Center programs offer specialized educational services for students who are diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental-health diagnosis. There are two separate sites conveniently located in Lackawanna, NY, with a third opening in September 2026. Our sites service students ages 5-21, who are residentially placed or are referred through their local school district's Committee on Special Education.

Behavior Support Technician
The Behavior Technician working in a educational setting is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement. The methods include Applied Behavior Analysis approaches; classroom observation; observation in residential setting; data collection; supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans; and treatment integrity monitoring. In addition, regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks is required. Each individual also may be assigned to one or more special projects including administrative and organization tasks associated with these assignments.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00/hour - $28.80/hour
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Required License: N/A
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a-3:30p
- Hourly rate based on relevant years of experience
- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!*
- Salary Pay Rate: $60,000- $88,000
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous working experience working with Autistic clients preferred, but not required.
- Required License/Certification: NYS Teaching Certification in Special Education must be obtained within one year
- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!*
- Salary Pay Rate: $60,000- $88,000
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Physical Education & Health Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability, and/or mental health involvement and 1-2 years teaching experience
- Required License/Certification: NYS Teaching Certification in Physical Education
- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!*
- Salary Pay Rate: $60,000- $88,000
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability, and/or mental health involvement and 1-2 years teaching experience
- Required License/Certification: NYS Teacher Certification in Music Education
- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!*
- Salary Pay Rate: $75,000 - $90,000
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience is required
- Required License/Certification:
- Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped Certification in NYS
- Valid NYS SLP Licensure
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
Salary : $60,000 - $88,000
