Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed promptly to meet operational schedules and guest expectations
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with janitorial tasks in common areas, including trash removal and restroom sanitation, to uphold hygiene standards
Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet maintenance is advantageous
- Experience with laundry operations or janitorial services enhances your suitability for this role
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards or hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining cleanliness standards consistently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks effectively
