This role is dedicated to supporting melins growing online media channels, ensuring design deliverables are executed at the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Junior Digital Designer will collaborate closely with the Content Director and ECOM team, delivering impactful design solutions that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in preparation and execution GTM (Go-to-Market) creative toolkits forecommerce, social, and international partners.Collaborate with the Content Director to adapt campaign concepts into scalable design outputs for performance ads, social, and web.Develop digital performance ad packages ensuring all content mediums and graphics align with elevated, premium storytelling.Maintain melins brand standards, ensuring all visuals align with elevated, premiumstorytelling.Follow key digital trends optimizing and evolving creative solutions to further set apart melins digital impact.Ensure all creative assets are optimized for the platforms and devices theyre beingserved on.Assist in maintaining both internal and external creative digital asset managementplatforms (DAMs) with folder allocations and file naming hierarchy.Support the development and organization of creative assets across internal andexternal platforms.Qualifications, Skills, Abilities:1 - 2 years of experienceAbility to execute creative briefs and work collaboratively with leadership and other team members.Proficiency in Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop.Experience and knowledge of Figma.Experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects for postproduction editing andgraphic effects.Familiarity with file preparation for static and video for web and social.Organizational skills for managing and archiving visual assets within an internal asset library.Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand aesthetic and creative direction.Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location lifestyle photoshootsLocation & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
