FULL-TIME AMBASSADOR
Territory: New York Metro including New York City (5 boroughs), Long Island and Westchester County
Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 annually (combination of fixed salary and performance incentives)
Employment Type: 1099-NEC/Contract
Account Management:
- 50-100 on-premise accounts
- 25-50 off-premise accounts
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with Olujo leadership, sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly sales goals
- Exemplify OLUJO brand culture and act as a positive brand ambassador in all professional interactions
- Develop expertise on OLUJO product and broader tequila market
- Drive distribution expansion and new placements
- Support newly acquired accounts and visit prospective accounts
- Conduct staff trainings and educational seminars
- Secure menu placements (permanent and temporary)
- Organize consumer tastings & represent brand at events
- Create social media content
Ideal Profile & Experience:
- Previous experience in the alcoholic beverage industry preferred, preferably within ultra-premium Wines & Spirits
- Existing network of established relationships in the on-premise and off-premise channels in Metro New York
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs including sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Strong work ethic: someone who is driven to build success one satisfied customer at a time
- Demonstrates a high level of maturity, poise and sound judgment
- Ability to learn and confidently use multiple online applications and systems
- Ability to multi-task daily between various priorities, ensuring progress to goals remains on track
- Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed for events and activations
- Passion for the spirits industry and genuine enthusiasm for premium tequila
