Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a Texas Standard Principal’s Certificate
• Hold a master’s degree from an accredited institution for higher education
• Prior experience in instructional leadership roles preferred
• TTESS certified appraiser (may be obtained during employment)
• 3 years experience as a classroom teacher
• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• The ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• The ability to manage budget and personnel and coordinate campus functions
• The ability to explain policy, procedures, and data
• Strong communications, public relations, and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits (Negotiable)

• Salary Range (According to HS Principal Salary Schedule $86,151 to $116,921) 
• Standard Benefits ($375/month contribution toward health insurance)
• 226 Days / 12 month contract
