Duties
- Develop and maintain all manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirement, labor hours, cycles, and production costs to support organizational goals and growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire managerial staff in the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and Warehouse departments to achieve high performance and operational efficiency
- Coordinates the establishment of production and quality standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered
- Provides guidance to the development of the manufacturing processes, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and equipment needs
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate quality standards
- Reviews operating reports and directs resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays
- Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long term goals and objectives
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor operational health and inform decision-making
- Participates in senior leadership to collaborate on the strategic decisions to sustain the organization's success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven management experience in overseeing complex, custom oriented operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated ability to lead and foster collaborative work cultures, cascading throughout the entire organization
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage change effectively, and drive organizational success
- Extensive project management experience with a focus on process optimization and efficiency gains
- Deep understanding of operations management principles, including workflow analysis and resource allocation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
