Tree Climber/Groundsperson

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tree Climber/Groundsperson to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, perform tree care and landscape maintenance, and contribute to the health and aesthetics of our clients’ properties. You will be actively involved in tree trimming, rigging, and operating equipment such as bucket trucks, while supporting overall landscape projects with growing horticultural experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb trees using proper rigging techniques to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks.
• Operate bucket trucks and other equipment to access elevated work areas efficiently.
• Assist with rigging operations to ensure safe and effective tree removal or pruning procedures.
• Maintain safety standards by inspecting gear, equipment, and work sites regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture preferred.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, pruning methods, and general tree health practices.
• Familiarity with rigging procedures and the safe operation of bucket trucks or bucket operation equipment.
• Ability to work at heights safely as a climber or groundsperson.
