What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Department Manager position at Olson's Ace Hardware?
Join our amazing team where the opportunities are endless. We are looking for a paint department manager for both our Franklin Park and Oak Park locations. The individual will manage the paint section and ensure customers are provided an AMAZING experience, every time.
You will work as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while also assisting in the daily visual and operational maintenance of the store.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and solid working knowledge involving paint. Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends (including some holidays). This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
• Stock shelves with back stock product and incoming freight for the day.
• Assist customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Set and remove Ad prices for the appropriate sales and check for pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and face shelved products.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Salary : $40,800 - $51,700
