Role Description The Precast role at Olson Precast Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with the production and installation of precast concrete components, preparing forms and molds, pouring and finishing concrete, and helping with material handling and site cleanup. The role may also involve using hand tools and basic equipment, following detailed instructions and drawings, and adhering to safety policies and quality standards. Qualifications
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor or industrial environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction or concrete work, including familiarity with tools, equipment, and job site practices; prior precast or underground construction experience is a plus.

- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work full-time on-site in Phoenix, AZ, including occasional overtime as needed.
