What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher and Laborer position at Olson Paving?

Looking for concrete finisher and construction laborer to start the 2026 season. We generally work until November depending on the weather.

Jobs we do include concrete driveways, garage floors, retaining walls, and both concrete and brick patios.

Pay is weekly. Starting at $20/hr for little or no experience, and additional per hour for those with more experience.

The ideal candidate will have their own finishing tools, but is not required.

A valid drivers license will be required for our insurance purposes. CDL license is a huge plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $20 - $30
