Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Chef located in Marco Island, FL. The Banquet Chef will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation for banquets and special events. Daily responsibilities include menu planning, supervision of kitchen staff, ensuring high standards in food quality, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
- Experience with Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong knowledge of menu planning and executing diverse cuisine styles
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality
