Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough crawlspace inspections and assessments
- Diagnose moisture, structural, drainage, and foundation-related issues
- Design customized crawlspace repair and encapsulation solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to homeowners in a professional manner
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism

Requirements:
- Ability to assess and design effective repair solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency required
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on crawlspace repair experience (required)
- Must be 21
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
