What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Crew Leader in Training position at Olshan Foundation Solutions?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Dig, Back-fill, and Install
- Load and unload materials
- Job site management: examine and inspect job progress
- Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No experience necessary! We will train you!
- Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
- Must be able to bend and stoop
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
- We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
