We are currently seeking Foundation Repair Crew Members to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
- Safely operate company tools and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
- Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in construction required (foundation repair experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours daily
- Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
- Must be 21
- Tasks may require additional safety and jobsite training for commercial and government jobs
- Ability to travel for work (about 20%)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
