Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team. As a Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas, and assisting the waitstaff and kitchen team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately deliver food to guests in the dining area.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are complete and correct.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Assist with bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and resetting tables between guests.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of the club.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
