Your Contributions
In this role, you will lead clients through complex divorce, custody, and support matters with a thoughtful, professional approach. You will:
- Serve as lead counsel in sophisticated or high-conflict family law matters
- Develop case strategy and guide clients through important decisions
- Draft and refine pleadings, declarations, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
- Provide mentorship and support to associates and legal staff
- Maintain clear, direct, and empathetic client communication
- Contribute ideas that help strengthen the firm and enhance our client experience
Your Qualifications
- Active member of the California Bar
- Five or more years of family law experience
- Demonstrated experience managing complex or high-conflict matters
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A calm, steady presence in emotionally charged situations
- Strong professional judgment and the ability to work independently
- Interest in mentoring and supporting associates and staff
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to appear virtually and in person for court, mediations, or meetings as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $165,000 to $220,000
- Hybrid/remote flexibility
- Half-day Fridays
