Expected starting salary is $23.58 to $31.49. Full salary is $23.58 to $39.39.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, administrative assistant, or related field.
OR
Combination of education and experience equivalent to two (2) year of experience in a customer-focused position.
Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position. Individuals required to use County vehicles and equipment must have a valid driver’s license and be free of any major traffic violations for the last three (3) years.
Under supervision, provides customer service to internal and external customers, answers questions, responds to email, and answers multi-line phone system. Performs a variety of additional administrative support tasks to the area of assignment. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.- Acts as initial point of contact for customers. De-escalates situations and responds with solutions for customer concerns.
- Receives and distributes electronic filings from Court Administration.
- Assists the Legal Assistant and Paralegals with administrative duties.
- Provides administrative support, updates databases, runs queries as requests within case management system.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Performs related work as required.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Knowledge of policies, regulations, statutes, procedures, and practices pertaining to the area of specialization.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Skill in the use of computers and technology.
- Skill in the use of basic business math.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily work tasks while experiencing multiple interruptions.
