In addition to service consultant roles, you'll interact with customers by handling their inquiries, providing information about our services, assisting with appointment scheduling and checking in clients at the front desk.
Qualifications for the Service Consultant Role
- Experience: 8 years in customer service and automotive sales
- Must have experience with sourcing parts, building estimates, and finalizing repair orders.
- Professional phone etiquette
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Technology DVI, and Outlook
- Skills: Ability to create accurate parts and labor estimates for services
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients and resolving their needs
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Learning and Development: Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable
- Unique Skill: Ability to cook chicken wings
- Teamwork: Strong team communication skills
- Requirements: Valid driver's license
- Preferred: ASE C1 certification is a plus

- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday * 2 Friday's Off Each Month No Weekends
- Hours: 7:40a.m. - 5:40p.m.
