****Job will require frequent travel for installations. Currently operating in towns Lawton, Elk City, Weatherford, Sayre, Altus, Waurika and Clinton ****
This is for a 1099 residential installer position.
Training is provided if needed to ensure proper customer satisfaction and installation of services.
Job Summary:
The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. The position requires completing customer installations, service visits, on-site troubleshooting. Work is performed on site at customer locations. Cell phone is needed for communications with office and supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to multiple locations a day varying from one town to multiple towns installing services for customer as needed
- Install and configure fiber to the home and internet services to desired customer location
- Utilize hand tools to assemble, mount and install equipment
- Install cabling and perform fiber splicing as needed
- Configure routers and customer computers for access to internet services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a timely completion of services
- Able to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to work in all elements of weather
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must demonstrate accountability to set priorities, organize workload, and handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
- Must be able to use multiple types of hand tools and power tools to install equipment as required
- Ability to carry 6' ladder and 28' extension ladder
- Ability to work at heights when required of proper installation of customer services

Work Environment/Hazards:
- Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind
- In proximity of machinery and moving vehicles
- Moderate noise levels
- Working at various heights
- Working in tight spaces such as attics or crawlspaces
- Use of required PPE
Physical Demands:
- Frequently moving, transporting, positioning equipment and required hardware for customer service
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, sit and climb ladders
- Frequently required to use hand and power tools
- Must have the ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
Working Hours/Days:
- Monday-Friday
- Saturday on a rotational schedule
- End time varies on workload and route completion

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
