Position Overview
Our Lady's Missionaries of the Eucharist is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Staff Assistant to support the daily operations of our ministry.
This position assists with a variety of administrative, office, retreat, and event-related tasks. Responsibilities may vary based on ministry needs and upcoming events.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Copy, print, assemble, and prepare materials
- Assist with retreat and event preparation
- Perform data entry and basic computer work
- Maintain organized files and records
- Support staff with projects and assigned duties
- Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, or clerical experience
- Working knowledge of the Catholic Church and its organizational structure

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to maintain a consistent Tuesday and Thursday work schedule while supporting the mission and daily activities of our ministry.
