The Role: Practice Director
Join a rapidly growing medical practice that's redefining healthcare by reversing chronic disease and delivering incredible results. As the Practice Manager, you'll lead our administrative team and streamline provider schedules while driving high-quality operations. You'll oversee HR functions, KPI management, and agency coordination, ensuring our marketing and financial partners align with our mission. With a focus on internal communication and light project management, you'll champion a collaborative culture where team development and exceptional patient outcomes thrive.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Leadership-
- Supervise the clinical and administrative teams, ~20 employees, a mix of full time and part time
- Conduct team member 1-1s, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
- Cover for administrative positions when on leave
- Lead internal communications and meetings to foster collaboration and alignment.
Operations & Service Management-
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and optimal service utilization.
- Maintain technological efficiency in the office between EHR, Phone System & CRM
- Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative functions.
- Project Management:
- Execute light project management to coordinate new initiatives and practice improvements.
- Manage internal projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with practice goals.
- Continually iterate and improve processes and program development
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
Human Resources-
- Handle HR oversight, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage Vibes in the office
- Ensure compliance with practice policies and regulations.
Agency Coordination-
- Act as the primary liaison for external marketing and financial agencies.
- Ensure agency work aligns with practice goals and monitor their performance.
Coordination with CEO-
- Host regular meetings with the CEO to ensure data, client & team visibility, tight communication and collaborative decision making.
Customer Support-
- Fielding escalations from customers
- Ensuing AR is kept under 1% / setting up automations for collections
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in practice management or a related healthcare setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance.
Technical:
- Proficiency in practice management software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with or managing external marketing and financial agencies.

Compensation:
Base Salary starting at $100,000k
