Qualifications
- Recruitment and candidate sourcing experience, including developing innovative hiring strategies
- Strong interpersonal, partnership-building, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in negotiation, business development, and maintaining long-term professional relationships
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with its hiring challenges is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
You will own the supply side of facilities — from outreach to activation.
You will:
- Identify and onboard healthcare facilities (nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals, clinics)
- Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to decision-makers (Admins, DONs, HR)
- Pitch OliviaBoard’s value: faster fills, lower cost, flexible staffing
- Close partnerships and get facilities signed up
- Drive activation — ensure facilities post shifts and start using the platform
- Build and manage a facility pipeline (CRM-driven)
- Develop outreach scripts, playbooks, and scalable acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns targeting facility owners/operators
- Experience in healthcare staffing, B2B sales, or facility relations
- Strong cold outreach closing skills (phone email heavy role)
- Ability to speak with decision-makers (Administrators, DONs, CFOs)
- Startup mindset — comfortable building from scratch
- Results-driven (measured by facility sign-ups activation rates)
