Responsibilities
- Supervise children during indoor playtime, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Monitor behavior to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- Enforce rules and guidelines to ensure safe play while encouraging independence and social interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playground area and facility, inspecting equipment regularly for safety hazards
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or childcare environments. Preferred not Required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse groups of children with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Customer service experience preferred.
